Owner or representative authorization
The person approving the photo shoot represents that they can authorize photography in the agreed spaces, including displays and storefront areas, subject to any third-party rights.
People and confidential content
Please identify minors, employees, clients, private areas and confidential material requiring consent, exclusion or blurring. We aim to minimize privacy exposure.
Publication
Photos and tours may be shared through the agreed channels only, including Google Street View or a business website where eligible. Search placement and cover-image selection remain controlled by Google.
License and portfolio
Client usage rights, ownership and our portfolio permissions should be defined in the accepted written scope. We do not assume permission to disclose sensitive projects publicly.
